A local deputy responded to a report of a camper being broken into Tuesday.Around 7 AM Tuesday, the deputy was dispatched to a Walker St. residence, where Jimmy Szymanski told him he believed someone had broken into his camper where his father-in-law lived.
Szymanksi said that his father-in-law was not at home during the night of the incident, and that the camper had been fine the night before. When he woke up, he said he found the door of the camper pried on.
However, the deputy observed that the camper was still locked and secure, with no further damage.
The incident was turned over to an investigator with no suspects listed.
