Special Call Meeting

The Town of Trion will have a Special Call Meeting in the Town Hall Conference Room at 1220 Pine Street Thursday, April 8, 2010. The meeting will begin at 6p.m.

The purpose of the meeting is to authorize the Mayor to enter into contract with Edwards Sod Farm to repair flood damage to recreation fences, ballfields, tennis courts and swimming pool.

 

CHS Baseball Camp & Yard Sale

The Chattooga Baseball Team will be sponsoring a youth baseball camp this Saturday, March 27 from 9am until 12:30pm. The cost is $15 and the camp is for students in grades k-8. The camp will be held on the Ole’ Timers field.

Also, the team will sponsor a yard/bake sale on Saturday, March 27 beginning at 9am at the CHS Gym.

 All proceeds from these events will go to support the CHS baseball team. Your support is appreicated.

Special Called City of Summerville Meeting

The City of Summerville Mayor and Council Members will be holding a special called meeting today, Monday, February 22, 2010 at 5:00 pm at City Hall.

The purpose of the meeting is:  The City’s Retirement Plan and City’s Liablilty insurance.

The public is invited to attend. 

 

Water off in several areas in Summerville

The water is off for the Smallen Rd area, Fish Hatchery Rd, Perinnial Springs Rd, Smith Rail Rd, Oak Hill Rd, and BackValley Rd. The water will be off most of the day but will be turned back on this afternoon.
