Walker County Sheriff Steve Wilson says that his department is looking for information concerning a case of animal cruelty that happened over the past weekend.

Sheriff Wilson said, “In the late hours of Feb. 12, 2017 an unidentified person or persons needlessly killed and mutilated several cattle in the area of Kensington Rd. and Hwy 193 near Walker County Fire Station #9. A white male in a dull green compact car has been seen in the area and may be a person of interest.”
