Terrible service at Jacks 01-7-2018 at 11:15am on Atlanta highway in Montgomery, Al. We waited 30 minutes and never did get our food and everyone who came in after us was served. My husband finally just asked for his money back. The young man asked where’s the receipt – which was already laying on the counter in front of him.
Then he gave my husband his money back without even asking what the problem was and no apology or no explanation as to the reason for such terrible service. Is this the way Jacks routinely addresses problems with customers? If so, you may want to include some customer service classes in your training program. If it weren’t for your customers you wouldn’t have to open your doors everyday!
