Lyerly United Methodist is looking for all types of vendors for its 10th Annual Car & Truck Show and Craft Festival on Saturday, August 11th from 8:00 – 3:00, rain or shine, at Dowdy Park on the corner of Hwy 27 and Hwy 114 in Summerville.

This year the train will be rolling into the Summerville Train Station at 12:45 p.m. bring lots of smiling faces from Chattanooga.

Booth rental is $20 for a 15’x15’ area. You will need to provide your own tent, tables, and chairs. There is electricity has been redone. There is 100 electrical outlets throughout the park. There is water available in some areas.


There is a limit of 69 vendors for this year’s car show.

Joseph Crowe will be playing music from the 50’s 60’s and 70’s for your enjoyment. There will also be a 50/50 drawing, a cake walk, door prizes, and playground equipment for the kids to play on.

At the train depot the City of Summerville will have the Mommy/Baby Palooza! Children I.D’s and fingerprinting will be offered by the Chattooga County Sheriff’s Department.  Children can get their face painted by the Chattooga High Cheerleaders, or maybe enjoy Story Time with the Chattooga County Library Program, ride a mini train, or visit with farm animals. Kay Pope Photography will be on site doing Children’s Photo Sessions. There will be a Teddy Bear Parade free to all kids that bring their
