Summerville Police were called to fight between two men earlier this week.  According to police, the two men were fighting over a cell phone.

The fight happened on Monday of this week when thirty-one-year-old Albert Dupree of a Sixth Street address and eighteen-year-old Yuseff Shockley were allegedly involved in the altercation.

When police arrived on the scene, they spoke with the mother of Mr. Dupree, Glenda Smith.  Ms. Smith told the officers that she pulled a knife to break up the fight between the two men.  Ms. Smith said she “never intended to cut anyone.”

The two men denied the fight ever happened, but police arrested both men and charged them with disorderly conduct.
