Allan Baggett says that he will be at Dowdy Park in Summerville on Friday and Saturday from 11:30 AM until 2:30 PM to gather signatures on a petition to allow a vote on changing Chattooga County’s form of government from a sole-commissioner to a multi-person commission.  Baggett says that he needs around 1700 signature from registered voters in Chattooga County to present to State Senator Jeff Mullis, in order to get the question on the ballot.  Baggett says that he has collected hundreds of signatures and will continue to collect signatures between now and when the Georgia General Assembly convenes next year.
