Chattooga County Sheriff Mark Schrader says that his office will continue to take donations for Hurricane Irma victims “for the next couple of days.”

Sheriff Schrader told AM 1180 on Tuesday that after his office helped Chattooga High School collect items for Hurricane Harvey victims, citizens began asking him about collecting items for Irma, which looked as if it would hit Georgia.  The sheriff said his office began collecting donations several days ago. Here is a list of what you can donate:

Sheriff Schrader said he will determine where the items are needed most and deliver them later this week.
