A Trion man reported that his camper was broken into on Monday of this week.
The Walker St., Trion man, identified in an incident report as James Jordan, told a responding deputy that he believed his granddaughter had broken into his camper that was parked in his back yard. The deputy noticed that the door had been tampered with and Mr. Jordan reported “odds and ends” missing. When the deputy spoke with another family member, she said that Mr. Jordan’s granddaughter was currently incarcerated in the Floyd County Jail and could not have been the one who broke into Mr. Jordan’s camper. No other suspects were identified in the report.
