A Summerville woman was arrested last Friday during a traffic stop for driving with no valid driver’s license.

Around 11 PM last Friday, a sheriff’s deputy watching traffic from the Georgia Forestry Department in Summerville observed a 1985 Dodge W100 pick-up truck heading south on Hwy 27 with broken taillights.

The driver, thirty-eight-year-old Summerville woman Andreana Weathers, was unable to provide a a driver’s license, and admitted that it was suspended anyway. When the deputy ran Weathers’ name through the police database, her license came up as being suspended for her being on probation related to a felony.

Weathers was arrested and booked into the county jail, and her vehicle was search for illegal substances. None were found, and Luallen’s towed the vehicle.
