A county woman reported Friday that she threw her wallet out of her car window thinking it was headed for the back seat.
Trion woman Taylor Callihan told a local sheriff’s deputy that on Friday while driving from Lyerly to Trion, she had thrown her wallet toward the back seat of the car, but when she got to Victory Fuels in Trion, she coculdn’t find it, and realized she had thrown it out of the window.
When Callihan checked her bank balance, she saw that an unauthorized withdrawal of $60 had been made at an ATM around Pennville. According to Callihan, her wallet contains $240, two social security cards, and her driver’s license. The wallet is brown leather with a bronze arrow on it.
The incident was handed over to an investigator.
