DeKalb County, Alabama law enforcement have arrested four Georgia men and charged them with possession of a forged instrument after the men cashed bogus checks in Fyffe, Alabama. Police in Georgia and Tennessee have been after the four men and they are believed to have cashed the phony checks in both states. 

According to law enforcement officials the forged checks were of such good quality that they would pass initial security screening. Those charged with second-degree possession of a forged instrument are 36-year-old Claude D. Campbell, 49-year-old Steven Darcy Beard, 51-year-old Michael Edward Blalock and 45-year-old Anthony T. Peterson.
