Chattooga County 4-H Rifle team did very well and qualified to go compete at state which will be held May 2-4, 2009 at Rock Eagle 4-H Center Team members advancing to state are: Daulton Hegwood, Kayla Bryan, Faith Coalson, Braxton Ballard, and Mekenzie Parker. Other team members are: Hamp Thomas, Weston Waldon, and Issac Wright  The coaches for the team were Wesley Thomas, Derek Parker and Mike Hegwood
