Chattooga County Commissioner Jason Winters told members of the Chattooga County Water Board that he expects $40,000 to $50,000 to come in from new water customers in the Gore-Subligna area between now and October when the first interest payment comes due on loans taken out to finance the project.
Winters said that detailed numbers would be available in June after the work is totally completed. Workers with KM Davis, the contractor for the job, will be finishing up over the next several weeks in the Gore-Subligna area. WInters said that final clean up of right of ways and driveways will be taking place over the next 30-60 days.
The commissioner said any residents that have issues with their driveways or right of ways into their property can contact the commissioner’s office with those concerns.
