A seventy-four year old Summerville man was charged with child molestation on Friday by the Chattooga County Sheriff’s Department.  The man was identified as James Clifton Grogan of a Spring Creek Road address.  Grogan was booked into the Chattooga County Jail on Friday.  No word if bond has been set at this time.
