Chattooga County Tax Commissioner Kathy V. Brown is reminding area residents that Chattooga County Property Taxes are due by December 22, 2008 to avoid additonal charges and penalties.  Even if your property is under appeal, you still must pay 85% of the taxes that are due by December 22nd.
