First responders, local law enforcements and paramedics were called to the scene of an accident on Oak Hill Road in Lyerly on Wednesday evening. Deputy Ken Anderson with the Chattooga County Sheriff’s Department told The Summerville News that the accident was in the Smallen Road area. A portion of Oak Hill Road was closed to traffic while emergency crews worked the accident. The unidentified driver of the vehicle was complaining of stomach and neck pain. We will have more information as it becomes available.
