A Floyd County woman who was taken into custody late last week on a Fugitive From Justice charge out of Cherokee County, Alabama was lodged in the Cherokee County Detention Center on Tuesday of this week. According to Floyd County Jail reports – Michelle Lee Boutte, of 241 Walenda Drive in Armuchee was taken into custody at around 9:00pm last Thursday by Floyd County Sheriff`s Deputies; she had a warrant out for her arrest on Rape charges in Cherokee County – and stands accused of raping two male juveniles.

The complaint was reportedly filed in July of 2009. According to the information provided on the Cherokee County Sheriff`s Office website 38 year old Michelle Boutte was jailed on Grand Jury Indictments – on the charges of Rape 2nd Degree, and Sodomy 2nd Degree – at 6:34pm Tuesday (June 1st) – and she was released later that same day, at 7:35pm.
