Bond has been denied for James "Bart" Huskey, the LaFayette man arrested last week for selling child pornography on the Internet, according to the U.S. Attorney’s office in Atlanta.
Huskey is a former resident of Chattooga County and graduate of Trion High School.
Huskey appeared for a bond hearing Monday before U.S. Magistrate Judge E. Clayton Scofield.
Authorities said Huskey made a series of child pornography videos depicting repeated rapes of a young girl over the course of several years.
Huskey’s children have been placed in foster care by local authorities
