Chattooga County Animal Control says that a bull is on the loose in the Welcome Hill area.  The bull has been spotted by several people wandering around the Welcome Hill  – Old Justice Road area.  Chattooga County Animal Control Agent Aubrey "Smitty" Smith told AM 1180 on Tuesday that if anyone in the area knows who the bull belongs to – please contact the owner of the animal or animal control.  The bull is red and white.
