The Chattooga County Sheriffs Department is investigating a car fire that happened near the Alabama line yesterday.  According to reports fire units were dispatched to a car fire on Fullerton Road, located in the Chattoogaville community near Cherokee County, Alabama. Sources say that deputies believe the car was stolen from a Reynolds Street address in Lyerly earlier in the day on Wednesday.  The incident remains under investigation.
