Reports say that a Catoosa County Judge was arrested this afternoon and lead from the courthouse in Ringgold in handcuffs.

A Catoosa County magistrate is in police custody, after refusing to leave the courthouse.
It happened right around 3:00 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.
Catoosa County Magistrate Judge Anthony Peters barricaded himself inside his office, and refused to come out.
We’re told that’s when sheriff’s deputies were called out.
After about a 10-minute standoff Peters was taken out in handcuffs.
One witness told Eyewitness News she saw between 20 and 30 law enforcement vehicles.
We called Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office. We’re told the GBI, Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office and Ringgold Police were involved in this investigation.
