Cherokee County Alabama law enforcement has arrested a 19 year old Cedar Bluff Man and charged him with first and second degree rape.

According to reports, the Sheriffs Department arrested 19 year old Trevor Edward Hinson of Cedar Bluff afte the Cherokee County Grand Jury indicted the teen ager and charged him with rape. 

He is currently held in the Cherokee County Jail.
