The North Georgia Technical College Mustangs were out in force for their first game of the season on Saturday in Rossville as the Mustangs took on West Georgia.

At half time the score was 48-41 West Georgia, but the Mustangs came roaring back in the final two quarters to give the Mustangs a 20 plus point lead.  Chattooga alumni Perie Finley scored 16 points in the game and helped to push the Mustangs on for the first win of the season.

The final score was Georgia Northwester 94 – West Georgia 83.  The Mustangs will take on Chattahooche Tech next weekend in Marietta.
