The Chattooga County Sheriff’s Department made a drug bust on Thursday that landed a Trion resident in jail. According to reports, Mildred Stowe Wilson of a Fall Street addressin Trion was charged with multiple drug charges that included manufacturing of methamphetamine with children present and third degree arson charges stemming from the making of meth. Wilson was also charged with possession of tools to make meth, possession of altered epehedrine which is the base drug for making meth, along with trafficking in meth, possession of meth and manufacturing of meth. Wilson was also charged with possession of firearm during the commission of a crime.
