The Chattooga County Board of Education voted on last Thursday to create a new position within the county school system.  The system will be hiring a Maintenance Director that will oversee and coordinate all the maintenance and new building activity by the county school system.  The position will be advertised and applications will be accepted by the school system.  AM1180 Chattooga County Radio will bring you more information on the position as well as the credentials and experience needed to qualify for the job when that information is released by the school system.
