Lookout Mountain District Attorney “Buzz” Franklin has presented accusations in Walker County against two Trion residents in un-related incidents. Bobbie Whitney Hartline of a South Longhollow Road address in Trion was accused by the DA’s office for eight counts of forgery in the first degree. Meanwhile Kim Daniel Wells of a Maffett Street address in Trion was accused by the DA’s office on one count of possession of meth.
Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit District Attorney Herbert “Buzz” Franklin filed these accusations in the Walker County Courthouse between June 2 and June 23. An accusation does not mean a person is guilty. It means the district attorney believes there is enough evidence in the case to proceed with prosecution.
