D.A. Leigh Patterson will seek the death penalty for Theron Plummer.  Plummer will be arraigned on the felony murder charge December 12th in Judge Tami Colston’s court.  Plummer is accused of shooting his estranged wife Kimberly Ware multiple times on May 25th of this year. Patterson says the aggravating circumstances include the allegation that the murder was committed during the commission of an  aggravated battery and that it displayed depravity of mind.   Plummer and Ware had separated and she was living with relatives to get away from the man who had a history of being violent with her.
