Court officials confirmed this morning that criminal charges against Catoosa County teacher Sharon Roszell have been dropped.

Four charges, including one of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of schedule II drugs with intent to distribute, have been dismissed, according to Superior Court officials.

Ms. Roszell, 27, was a computer lab teacher at Tiger Creek Elementary School at the time of her arrest in November.

She had been charged along with her husband, Howard Roszell, were arrested in November after a search warrant executed at their home resulted in the seizure of marijuana, pills and cash, records show.
