One person was killed on Saturday following a one vehicle accident on Hwy.35 near Blanche. According to Alabama State Troopers the mishap involved a 1994 Honda Accord being driven 44 year old Todd Ledford of Ft Payne Ledford was pronounced dead at the scene by Cherokee County Coroner Don Rogers. The accident remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
