A Floyd County man remained at the Floyd County Jail without bail late Friday on felony charges of sexual battery and child molestation after being arrested on warrants, reports stated.

According to records at the jail:

James David Gordon, 37, of 4 E. Valley Road, was arrested Thursday at 8:20 p.m.

Gordon allegedly touched an underage girl between January 2009 and June 2010.

Gordon was also charged with a probation hold.
