Rome Firefighters and Rome Police responded to 462 Riverside Parkway at the Georgia Department of Labor office after a Fort Payne woman was reported to have hit the building.

According to Officer Lamar Eason with the Rome Police Department:

Lisa Blake, 46, of a Fort Payne, Alabama address, struck the building with the front end of her 2001 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck Wednesday around 11:50 a.m.

Battalion Chief Troy Brock said no utilities were damaged, and that no one was injured in the crash.

The building department was called out to find out what kind of structural damage was done. The truck struck a window and knocked down bricks in the crash.
