Arthur Milks, the escaped convict from Tennesse has been captured in Hamilton County, TN, according to Chief Dep. Robert Paris.  The Tennessee escapee was spotted in the Plainville area of Gordon County last  Tuesday and was said to be driving a truck stolen from that area according to a news release from the Georgia Bureau Investigation.

Milks was serving a 22-year sentence on 31 convictions for burglary and weapons charges when he escaped from the Henderson County, Tennessee Jail on July 25, according to the GBI.
