Michael William Daniel, 18, of 7402 A1 Highway 68 in Gaylesville, AL, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. Sunday by the Rome Police Department and was charged with felony possession of controlled substance, misdemeanor drugs to be kept in original container, and misdemeanor underage possession of alcohol. Michael remained in jail Monday afternoon.
