A two vehicle accident involving a passenger car and at 18 wheeler, resulted in injuries to a 74 year old Gaylesville woman Wednesday night. According to the Alabama State Troopers Post at Jacksonville, that accident occurred just before 7:30pm, on Highway 35 at Watsons Crossroads, and involved a 1994 Buick driven by Evelyn Jennings, and a 2005 Freightliner, being driven by Matthew Holmes of Bishopville, South Carolina. Jennings was injured in the crash, while Holmes was unhurt.
