The Federal government started direct deposit of almost a million payments on Monday. 800,000 U.S. citizens that had filed their taxes on time and had opted for direct deposit began receiving the stimulus checks on yesterday (Monday). If you didn’t opt for direct deposit then your check will be in the mail within the next few weeks. Here’s a rough breakdown on how checks will be going out:
