AM 1180 Chattooga County Radio has learned that Governor Sonny Perdue has appointed a new state court judge for Chattooga County.

According to our sources, the governor has appointed Summerville attorney Sam Finster to be the state court judge for Chattooga County and Finster will be sworn in tommorrow at the state capitol.  The appointment was made around 4 this afternoon.
