The Georgia State Patrol has released information about an accident that occured last Saturday On Highway 27.  According to the GSP, a 1981 Cadillac driven by Mickey Perry of Summerville was travelling south on Highway 27 in the outside lane when Carlton Kitchens of Trion attempted to turn on to Highway 27 in a 2006 Ford Ranger, and turned into the path of Perry’s vehichle.  Kitchens was injured in the accident but refused medical treatment.  The Georgia State Patrol did not report any citations in relation to the accident.
