There was a house fire on Starling Mill Rd Saturday afternoon. Lyerly, Hays, Holland & Chattoogaville were all called to the scene. Reports indicate that the fire was contained to the second story of the residence.

On Monday fire departments responded to a call on Fourth Street in Summerville where an abandoned mobile home was burning.  Reports indicate that the trailer was fully engulfed in flames when fire crews arrived on the scene.
