Several news agencies in Northwest Georgia are reporting the names of the two victims that were found dead in Chattooga County yesterday evening. AM 1180 Chattooga Radio News spoke with Sheriff Ralph Kellett this afternoon, who said that he is not officially releasing the names of the victims until a positive identification has been made and the family members have been notified. Meanwhile, news agencies are reporting the victims as being Clint Wade and Josh Hill.
According to The Summerville News web site, Clint Wade age 29 of Mitchell Circle, killed Josh Hill. Hill has been missing since this weekend and investigators have been looking for his whereabouts the web site also reports that a note was found at the scene saying that Wade "accidently" killed Hill and the note alluded that is why Wade took his own life.
Sheriff Kellett said that no official word will be released until a positive Identification of the body is made and the family is notified. The Chattooga County Sheriff’s department is being assisted by the GBI in the apparent murder-suicide investigation.
