Kindergarten registration for Lyerly Elementary, Menlo Elementary, and Summerville Elementary will be Tuesday, May 24, 2011, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm for children who will be five years old on or before September 1, 2011. Parent/Guardian must bring birth certificate, child’s social security card, Georgia Form 3231 proof of immunization and Form 3300 eye, ear, dental certificate, and proof of residence.
