A Walker County man was arrested on multiple charges over the weekend by Chattooga County deputies, after being accused of leaving the scene of an accident and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Twenty-one year old Jerred Lee Wallin of Campbell Avenue in LaFayette was charged with:

Hit and Run

Leaving the Scene of an Accident

Failure to Report an Accident

Driving on the Wrong Side of Roadway

Open Container of Alcohol

Seatbelt Violation

Driving too Fast for Conditions

Failure to Maintain a Single Lane

Operating Vehicle with View Obstructed

Reckless Driving

Wallin was arrested on Saturday afternoon at 6:22 PM and booked into the Chattooga County Jail.
