A man who was airlifted to Erlanger Medical Center after falling from a horse at Berry College is in critical condition, hospital officials stated.
Jerold Greeby of Kingston was airlifted Monday afternoon after he was thrown from a horse on a trail about a mile and a half past the Berry College Water Mill, said officials.
“Witnesses indicated that he struck his head during the fall,” Berry spokesperson Rick Woodall said.
Before the helicopter’s arrival local paramedics performed rounds of CPR, said Battalion Chief Steve Wilson with the Rome Fire Department. RNT
