The Georgia Court of Appeals has agreed with the Georgia Supreme Courts decision to reverse the conviction of Aaron Matthew Dunagan.

Dunagan was convicted by a Floyd County jury in 2006 of Reckless Driving, Serious Injury by Reckless Driving and Failure to Obey a Traffic Control Device for his part in a 2004 crash that left a Rome woman severely disabled. The state Supreme Court ruled in May, that evidence of design flaws at the intersection, should not have been excluded. Dunagan was released from prison earlier this year when Judge J. Bryant Durham granted a $25,000 appeal bond. That case will be sent back to Floyd County Superior Court.
