Two men were arrested Sunday after allegedly stealing items from a location south of Rome.

According to Floyd County jail reports:

James Wallace Bishop, 36 of Forney, Ala., and Charles Rubin Massey, 48 of 756 Drummond Road, Lindale, were arrested Sunday morning about 20 minutes after they allegedly entered property on Cave Spring Road.

The men are accused of stealing approximately $150 worth of scrap metal. Both Bishop and Massey were charged with misdemeanor theft by taking and criminal trespassing and were being held in the Floyd County Jail pending bond.
