On Sunday Chattooga County Sheriff’s deputies and the Lookout Mtn. Judicial Drug Task force busted a meth lab in Chattooga County arresting two area residents for manufacturing methamphetamine.  In Alabama this week there was a major meth lab bust in a Boaz motel room where police discovered a meth lab operation and in the Gadsden area officials are saying that they have already busted over 30 meth labs this year alone, compared to only 7 last year.  Now Police say six people were responsible for a meth lab in Walker County. Officers say they found an active lab, with all the ingredient and components for making meth on Oak Road. Police say they also found hundreds of dollars in cash. In Catoosa County, investigators arrested four people accused of making meth on Dietz Road earlier this week.
