Over 480 acres of land north of Rome may become a movie studio, according to a press release issued late last week by Silver*Ware Studios of Decatur, Georgia.  According to the press release Silver*Ware founder and owner Travis Ware is looking to develop the 480 acre tract of land into a complex that would produce all types of television and film.  The land is located in the general area of State Mutual Stadium and Rome High School.  Real estate agents confirmed that a contract has been signed between Ware and Thomas Berry who owns the property but that the final deal is not complete.
