The National Geographic is broadcasting a series of episodes in a documentary called “Hard Time.”  The episode that aired last night was called “The Ropes” and dealt with life inside Hays State Prison in Pennville.  The episode centered on Correctional Officer Elgin Tracy at Hays who is a 23 year old Iraq War Veteran.  The episode will re-broadcast at 10 PM tomorrow (Weds.) evening and then again at 1 AM on Thursday and next Monday at 5 p.m.
