Court Records indicate that a new trial date has been set for suspended State Court Judge Carlton Vines.  Vines trial ended last week with a mistrial as jurors were unable to come to a verdict in the case.  Vines is standing trial for allegedly mishandling absentee ballots in the 2006 State Court Judge Election in Chattooga County.  The new trial will be held on June 22 according to documents filed in the Chattooga County Clerk of Courts office.
