Sheriff John Everett has hired some new deputies that are beginning to patrol the roads of Chattooga County.  Everett hired thirty year old Matt Hayes, twenty seven year old B. J. Montgomery and twenty four year old Corey Barnes. The three new recruits are currently training with supervisors and will begin patrolling alone soon.  The three men graduated from the police academy on June 12.
